AP 3 Capitals : Final Hearing In AP Highcourt On 3 Capitals Petition | Oneindia Telugu

Andhrapradesh Highcourt on Monday decided to hear on a daily basis from Tuesday the petitions challenging YS Jagan Mohan Reddy government's legislation to create three capitals, shifting the executive and judiciary out of Amaravati. The status quo on the creation of three capitals will continue.

ఏపీలో మూడు రాజధానుల వ్యవహారం తుది అంకానికి చేరుతోంది. వైసీపీ ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్న ఈ నిర్ణయాన్ని వ్యతిరేకిస్తూ హైకోర్టులో దాఖలైన వందకు పైగా పిటిషన్లపై విచారణ సాగుతోంది. ఇందులో స్టే ఉత్తర్వులు కాకుండా కేవలం రాజధాని తరలింపుకు సంబంధించిన పిటిషన్లను ముందుగా విచారిస్తున్న హైకోర్టు ధర్మాసనం.. ఇవాళ్టి నుంచి తుది విచారణకు సిద్దమవుతోంది. గత నెలలో రెగ్యులర్‌ విచారణ జరిపిన ధర్మాసనం తిరిగి ఇవాళ్టికి వాయిదా వేసింది. దీంతో ఇవాళ తుది విచారణ ప్రారంభం కాబోతోంది. ఇందులో ప్రధానంగా రాజధాని బిల్లుల ఆమోదం కోసం సాగిన ప్రక్రియే కీలకం కాబోతోంది.
